Meet Julia: an outstanding building manager, caring (and hilarious) friend, loving mother, and vital member of the Beal Family. Having worked for Beal Properties for nearly 2 decades, Julia has had a tremendous, positive impact on our team and the lives of thousands of tenants through her commitment to her buildings and the community. Whether she is showing apartments, scheduling repairs, coordinating move-ins, or answering questions, Julia handles her responsibilities with an ease and expertise that stems from years of leadership, experience, and dedication.
With the help of her husband, Martin, Julia currently oversees seven of Beal’s buildings in Chicago’s iconic Wrigleyville neighborhood. She is often the first person tenants meet when moving into the Beal Community. This is to their benefit, as Julia is exactly the type of person you want to encounter when moving into a new apartment or neighborhood. She knows the location, the neighbors, and Chicago like the back of her hand! Looking for a new coffee or lunch spot in the city? Just ask Julia. She’ll give you the ins and outs of all of the best places to check out. For these reasons and many more, she is beloved by her tenants.

Not only is Julia knowledgeable in all things Chicago, but you couldn’t ask for better friend! She is kind, funny, loyal, honest, and direct. These qualities not only make her an excellent friend, but also an incredible employee and manager.
