Dibrila “Gabriella” Rahic is a superb building manager and vital member of the Beal team. With the help of her husband, Dino, she oversees three of Beal’s buildings in the Lakeview neighborhood.
Having worked for Beal Properties for nearly a decade, Gabriella has met all types of people. She says talking to and engaging with different kinds of people is what she loves most about the job.
Her passion for communication and helping others developed well before she crossed paths with us. Her showcasing of these qualities can be seen in the work she accomplished before joining our team.
Prior to joining coming aboard, Gabriella worked in one of Chicago’s hospitals, in the emergency room. Day-in and day-out, she communicated, engaged with, and helped members of her community. In working in the ER, she was able to develop her communication skills further.
These days, when she is not tending to the needs of the buildings or tenants, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves watching soccer and explains that her passion for the game grew from watching her son learn to play as a child.
Something you may not know about Gabriella is that her father introduced her to the property management industry while she was in high school. She would accompany her dad during his repairs, translating for him as English was not his first language. Though working in property management was not part of her initial plan, we could not be more happy to have Gabriella as a member of our staff for all these years.
From showing apartments and coordinating move-ins, to scheduling repairs and answering questions tenants may have, Gabriella, is a rockstar. We are proud to have her be a part of the Beal Properties Team!
