Lock Out
If you are locked out of your apartment, your building engineer will do their best to get you back into your apartment during business hours only.
You can reach your building engineer via call or text (View Engineer List).
If you are locked out of your apartment after hours, between 5PM-9AM, the charge for the building engineer to come out is $75.00.
In the event your building engineer cannot come out any time after business hours or on the weekends, it will be your responsibility to contact a locksmith. Any cost incurred because of lockouts shall be your responsibility.
